1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information through three channels on our website.
1.1 Website Tracking & Cookies
When you visit our website, we may use tracking technologies to collect certain technical and behavioural data. Where these technologies are used for analytics, advertising or retargeting (rather than being strictly necessary for the website to function), we will only activate them after you have given consent through our cookie banner.
The tracking tools we use include:
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, time on site, traffic sources)
- Google Ads (Google Tag Manager) — to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and track conversions
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram Ads) — to measure ad performance and enable retargeting of visitors across Meta platforms
The types of data collected through these tools include:
- Browser type, device type and operating system
- IP address
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and click behaviour
- Referring website or search query
- Cookie identifiers and session data
This data is used to:
- Analyse website traffic and improve our online content
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising
- Retarget audiences — meaning that if you visit our website, you may later see our advertisements on platforms such as Google, Facebook or Instagram
Cookie consent: When you first visit our website you will be presented with a cookie banner. Non-essential cookies (including analytics, advertising and retargeting cookies) are not activated until you accept them. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our website or through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of our website.

We use Healthengine as our third-party online booking platform. When you book an appointment through Healthengine — whether via our website, the Healthengine website, or their mobile app — your personal and health information is collected and managed by Healthengine Limited (ACN 138 767 021) in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
